Confidentiality

Chris Burgan Full Heart Tarot exercises reasonable diligence in maintaining the confidentiality of your sessions and will not willingly, knowingly or intentionally disclose your identity or contents of your sessions to any third party without your consent. HOWEVER, if I genuinely believe that disclosure is required to prevent harm to yourself or others, as a result of a court order or search warrant, or to protect Chris Burgan Full Hear Tarot against claims or threat of claims, then we reserve the right to do so to the extent needed. Please keep in mind that there is no legal privilege of confidentiality between a client and a tarot professional the way there is between doctor and patient, lawyer and client, married spouses, or priest and confessor.
