Q:  How long is a normal reading/session?

A:  It can vary, but usual readings or sessions are a half hour or an hour long.  It strongly depends on what you're looking for and what services would help the most.  If you're unsure what session is your best option, feel free to contact me with what your goals are, and we can figure out what is the best session for you.

Q:  If I want to book a couples session, do I book it as a one-on-one session or a group session?

A:  For couples, please book a one-on-one session, and let me know in the notes section of the booking that it will be for a couple.  Couples can book for any of the services except for Spirit Guide Connection.  For 3 or more people, please book a group session.

Q:  Do you ever book sessions outside of the hours offered in the booking options?

A:  Yes!  Just message me, and we'll work out a time that works for you.

Q:  Do I have to do anything to prepare?

A:  Just keep an open mind! Think about what life questions you'd like to have answered and what your goals are for our session.

Q:  Is there anything tarot can't tell me?

A:  It can't answer yes or no questions or predict the future, but it can show you the information you need to move forward on your life path.  If you have a hard time coming up with an open-ended question, don't worry. We can usually come up with a suitable question/s for the cards together.

Q:  What's your favorite tarot spread to do for people?

A:  Honestly, everyone's readings are so different that I don't think I have one clear favorite.  I would say that the most rewarding readings are often the couple readings because I get to see how different people bring different perspectives to the cards. I don't really have one favorite tarot spread, though.

Q:  Do you use a certain tarot deck/have a favorite?

A:  My favorite tarot deck is my Mythic Tarot deck, and I try to use it as much as possible.  But I do have a standard Rider-Waite tarot deck, Steampunk tarot deck, Dreams of Gaia tarot deck, Fenestra tarot deck, Osho Zen tarot deck, and the Mystic Dreamer tarot deck.  If you prefer one of those, feel free to say so when booking your session.

Q:  Are there any tarot readings you won't do?

A:  I don't tend to do the long, traditional spreads like the Celtic Cross.  I see them as inventions to create attention, and they don't often give you the information you're seeking.  While some readers may find them useful, I think there are easier and more logical ways to get the desired results from the tarot cards.

Q:  Is there anyone you won't do readings/sessions for?

A:  You must be 18 years of age or over for a one-on-one session, or be accompanied by someone who is.  Generally the youngest I recommend for a tarot reading and spirit guide connection is 14.  For meditation and soul poetry, I happy to work with kids 5 or older.

Q:  Do I need to tip you?

A:  Need to?  No.  Will I reject a tip, also no.  If you ask me to do a party, which I love doing, I might put out a tip jar with your permission.

Q: Do you offer online readings/sessions?

A: I offer online sessions through programs like Zoom, Facebook Messenger, or any other online platform that we can agree upon.  Please choose an online session on the booking page.

Q:  Do you do parties? What kind of parties do you work at?

A:  Yes, I offer sessions for individuals, couples, AND parties.  While wedding receptions, bachelorette parties, anniversaries, and big birthday celebrations are the most popular, tarot readings and meditation groups can be great for holiday parties, office parties, fundraisers, festivals, art openings, store openings, you name it.  If you want to host a big get-together with your friends to do tarot readings, soul poetry, or meditation, that's great too.

Q:  May I bring friends/on-lookers?

A:  Yes, you may.  Please let me know you're planning to do so when you're setting up your booking.  Just know that sessions can often be quite personal, so be careful who you bring.  And if they end up wanting a session themselves, I'm happy to offer an unscheduled session at my standard rates.  Lastly, I will ask anyone you bring with you to not interrupt us during your reading/session.

Q:  What if my so-and-so disagrees with what we discover in the session?

A:  That's okay; it's up to you to take from our sessions what you will.  I strongly recommend giving yourself time to explore your session's meaning on your own.  It takes time to search your soul for understanding.

Q:  I live outside the Boston metro area. Can we meet out here?

A:  I don't have a car, and as I live in the city, so I'm sorry to say, no.  But I'd love to meet you in the city at an agreed upon location.  That said, if you're on the commuter rail, and you don't mind paying for the additional cost of my tickets, I can come to you.  Lastly, I am happy to do online tarot readings or meditation sessions, if that would work for your needs.

Q:  Will you charge me if I cancel last minute/don't show up?

A:  I require 24 hours notice for a full refund.  That said, I do understand when life comes up unexpectedly, so feel free to contact me if you run into any trouble.

Q:  If I'm running late, will you still be there?

A:  As a policy, I tend to stay at an agreed upon location for a half hour past the agreed meeting time.  I live in the city, so I do understand what public transportation is like.  But if you're more than half an hour late, and I haven't heard from you, I'll figure you've changed your mind.
