Dealing with the Stress of Covid

If you are having trouble with the stress of your covid confinement, or the anxiety of knowing a loved one is sick or at risk of becoming so, you're not alone.  After months of waiting and worrying, we still aren't past this tragic time.  Many are still actively caught in what can feel like an unending struggle.  Here are some covid-themed situations, and how I can help you find peace during this extremely trying time.

Future Uncertainty - None of us know what the months ahead are going to bring.  Living with this stress day to day can be nerve-wracking and exhausting.  A tarot reading that explores your current life path can give you a sense of future security and peace of mind.  A meditation session can help you stay centered during hard emotional moments and help you find a restful mind and calm heart.

Back to School Jitters - With covid still looming over us, the idea of going back to school is filled with an extra layer of tension, for both parents and kids.  I would be happy to offer meditations designed to clear your mind of the unhelpful, catastrophizing voices and focus on what you can do to keep yourself mentally and physically healthy.  I have been meditating since I was quite young, so I'm happy to offer these services for both adults and children.  I can do meditations one-on-one, for a group of people, for a family, or even send you a personalized meditation recording.

Cabin Fever - For those who have to stay home for the sake of staying healthy, this long period of confinement can feel frustrating (especially if you're an extrovert, like me!).  For this, I'm happy to offer guided imagery meditations, where you can travel to distant, centering locations in your mind.  A tarot reading to see what's ahead can also help you plan for the days to come, when you can rejoin the rest of the world.

That One Stressed Friend - Most of us have a friend or family member who is a bit more frightened of the pandemic than the rest of us (often for good reasons).  If you're at the point where you're feeling lost on how to help them, send them over to me.  You're welcome to send them the link to my website, or you can buy them a gift session from my bookings page, and I'll take care of the rest.

The main thing to remember is that you're not alone.  Many folks need help in this trying time, and there's no shame in asking for it.  If you'd like to learn more about my many services, head over to my services page.  Ready to book a session?  Head to my bookings page and pick the best services for you.  And please don't hesitate to reach out to me with any questions you may have about my many options.  You can email me at chris@chrisburganfullhearttarot.com or send me a message through my contact me page.
